All-time Favorite

Kavaun enjoyed the orchard Sunday and this picture is one of my all-time favorites.

Updates

• Kavaun now says "num num" when he is hungry or if he just feels like talking.
• Kavaun can proudly identify his tongue, hair, hands, feet and nose when he hears those words in Farsi. Beata talks in Farsi with Kavaun often.
• He has been drinking whole milk for a few weeks now and eating several different table foods - apple sauce, grilled cheese, sweet potatoes, bread, pastas, mac n cheese, cut up fruits and cottage cheese.
• He loves to read. On a regular basis, Kavaun will sneak off to his play room to read a book. He gets excited for his bed time story and listens intently.
